Being right on the bay gives you private access to fishing and kayaking from our dock.  We catch reds, drums, trout and also crab.  The home faces south so you get the southern breeze on the porch and sunrise and sunset without the sun in your eyes.  Sea Breeze Cove is quiet and peaceful  yet 5 minutes from downtown Rockport.  Staying in a home gives you the privacy a condo does not.  Bringing your bay boat?  Plenty of off street parking.  It is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath and sleeps 10. To me, this is the perfect location in Rockport.  If you love nature and want a relaxing experience with all the amenities and comforts of home, this is it.  The most amazing sunsets!
